Founder & Owner
After recognizing a need in the community, Catherine Carter founded Empower Financial in 2018 to help her client achieve their financial goals. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, and has been designated by the IRS as an AFSP Certified Preparer. She’s also qualified as a Notary Public, QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, Board Certified Credit Consultant, and a Certified Credit Score Consultant.
